The Etobicoke Children's Centre

The Etobicoke Children’s Centre (The ECC) is an accredited Children’s Mental Health Centre serving children (from birth up to age 13) and their families who live in West Toronto (also known as Etobicoke and the City of York). The ECC provides early intervention and mental health services for children, their parents and families.
